Cheese powder is dehydrated cheese. It can be added directly to the foods as seasoning or it can be made into a sauce. Cheese powder is highly valued in food industry because of its strong flavour. Our high-quality cheese powder is superior in taste and can be used in dry or liquid form.
Being one of the largest cheese powder suppliers in Malaysia, CDF Resources aims to provide more types of cheese powder to cater to the different needs of the food industry. We currently supply four types of cheese powder:
- Uncoloured Cheese – used in snacks and biscuits
- Bright Orange Cheese – used in snacks and biscuits
- Orange Coloured Cheese – used in seasoning and snacks
- Dark Orange Cheese – used in seasoning and snacks
Our cheese powder has been supplied and consumed by the Muslim communities because it has been halal certified. It can be safely consumed by ovo-lacto vegetarians.
